Very cool spot on the Sunset Strip. Has a lot of cool history about Sunset Junction on the walls. Went for breakfast and had an amazing breakfast sandwich. Didn't love the traditional American breakfast, but liked the big booths and reading the articles on the walls. Quiet, dark place that has a sort of old-school yet hipster vibe. Looks like they have a small patio in the front to drink while you watch everyone on the Strip. Can get quite busy at night, but haven't personally been there for the nightlife.
The forest is a nice little restaurant and serves good Cajun food. However It is quite expensive . do not order the oysters they are usually over cooked or under cooked. The waitresses never seem to be happy. Today our order of oysters was over cooked again. The waitress was nice and took it off our bill. On a positive note the banana pudding is amazing. Im sorry but orders have been messed up many times for me and I no longer love this restaurant.
