If I had any suggestion for improvement it would be to work on the telephone experience between the customer and the establishment. I like to feel unrushed and valued as a customer. I'd also work on maintaining information. The first time I ordered, I asked the store to keep my information so I wouldn't have to repeat it the next week and be on the telephone for 20 minutes. They said they would ... but couldn't find it.
